This Cookie Policy explains how CREpublic, LLC ("CREpublic," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies in our application at https://app.crepublic.com (the "App"). What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site. "Similar technologies" include browser local storage (which saves small amounts of data in your browser) and software development kits used by our service providers. We refer to all of these together as "cookies" in this policy.
We use these technologies only for the purposes described below. The App does not use advertising or marketing cookies, does not use third-party analytics such as Google Analytics, and does not record your screen or session (no "session replay").
Categories of cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on). Required to run the App and keep you securely signed in. These cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality, and they are exempt from consent requirements.
2. Functional (always on). Remember your in-app preferences and progress so the App works the way you left it. These store data in your browser and are not shared with third parties.
3. Error & performance monitoring (always on, no personal data attached). Help us detect crashes and measure performance so we can keep the App reliable. We use Sentry for this, configured to not attach personal data (no IP address, cookies, or form contents) and without session replay.

We do not knowingly set any other cookies. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to "sell" or "share" your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws).
Third-party service providers
The App relies on service providers that process data on our behalf under their own terms: Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error/performance monitoring). These are data processors, not advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we share information.
Your choices and how to manage cookies
Because the App uses only strictly necessary, functional, and privacy-preserving error/performance cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. You can still control cookies and local storage through your browser:
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear site data in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
- We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.

Changes to this Cookie Policy
If we add new cookies or tracking technologies — for example, analytics or any session-recording — we will update this policy first and, where required by law, add a consent mechanism before those technologies load.
